Style, Cost, Outside Assistance and other Team forms
In addition to the competition forms at the Odyssey of the Mind
national site, each team member needs to complete a Media Release (1 signed form per
team member and coach) and a Team Contract (1 per team).
Instructions are included on the forms.
The 2026 MO OM State Tournament will be held on the campus of Missouri S&T on March 7, 2026!
